“I was looking for a nice Golf 2.0GT TDi and was finding it surprisingly difficult to locate one that had the right specs, condition and more importantly for the right price. One of the biggest pluses was that the exact condition of the car was described so nothing was left to chance. For only a couple of little stone chips I’ve managed to pick up a bargain of a car which is in very good condition.  I would have liked to buy such a new and such a premium car from a dealership just to have enjoyed that whole experience of the handover but having visited numerous BMW, Mercedes and Audi garages I knew my budget wasn’t going to let me buy the car I wanted from such a place. CarCare Direct could however and sourced me an Audi 2.0Tdi S Line. I had test driven this car and knew it was for me. They described the car so thoroughly I was a little put off but it was over £2000 cheaper than anything close that I had seen so I ordered it. Receiving the car was a little disappointing not much more than signing for a parcel but the car is amazing. I love the car and I love the money we saved and dealing with CarCare Direct was easy and laid back. I would recommend them to anyone

I was urgently looking for a mid range Mondeo diesel estate with low mileage at a sensible price, I already had cash and thought it would be relatively easy to find one. It wasn't. A friend suggested CarCare Direct so I asked them to try. They came back to me within 24 hours with a choice of three, all 2.0Tdci models, all low mileage, and in various specifications. The vehicle conditions were carefully explained to me and all I had to do was pick the one I wanted! Once I'd selected my choice, some minor cosmetic chips and a small stain on the seat were also highlighted to me. I was still happy to proceed and the price they quoted was fabulous - so I went for it and said yes. I was able to choose where I wanted the car delivered to, and in my case delivery to my office was the easiest option for me - it arrived at my office less than 48 hours after I had transferred the funds. The delivery driver was polite and knowledgeable, although you obviously don't get the bells and whistles dealership style handover, but for the money I've saved I really wasn't bothered. He insisted that I check the car over, showed me the service record etc, pointed out the small chips and I quickly realised that the stain CarCare Direct had gone out of their way to emphasise was hardly noticeable - in fact, some months after taking delivery, I've still not felt the need to have it attended to. CarCare Direct found me a super car at a great price and their open and non pressured approach meant it was also a very painless experience, without doubt the easiest vehicle I have ever bought.
